Billing department is completely incompetent. Waiting nearly 4 months for my refund and I’ve called so many times it’s crazy. They have no address and only a phone number that says ‘Verizon number cannot be reached’ when it rings out. Can’t leave a message nor can you email them. The manager is very rude, does not accept blame for her employees screwing up my refund and actually tried to blame me even though I don’t work in the office? Mi experiencia con el hospital es agridulce. La doctora del dental, americana es excelente a mi niña le encanta también la de las asistente médicas. Sin embargo, las recepcionista aunque son bilingues qué es un plus, no te tratan con cariño, o más bien con empatía, lo peor que sucede es la distancia entre citas qué en verdad es una pena, pero bueno entiendo también que a pesar de las malas críticas de algunos usuarios es un lugar muy concurrido siempre está lleno.
