There are not enough words to put Ronald (hope I remembered his name correctly), phlebotomist, on a pedestal and even higher! He is a genius with excellent quality and customer service skills. Wowee!! I had blood drawn, which is nearly impossible even with 2 bottles of water beforehand, this morning at the Lehigh Acres facility. Walked out of there with no pain and a huge smile! He cares and was so very careful!! Thank you - he's the best!
