Family Health Center truly cares about the well-being of the families they serve. I was a patient there for over 14 years and always received exceptional care. I highly encourage you to learn more about the services the clinics have to offer (i.e chronic disease management, dental services, nutrition counseling, etc). Thank you for all you do!
