My husband and I have been "patients" there for over a decade. At first, it was great. Dr. Ford was wonderful... now ?? Its more likely to see Bigfoot, than him. All the others working there, who are not MDs … terrible. Couldn't even diagnose a bad case of hives.. told me it was a yeast infection.. found someone else to help me... they tell you they are going to call you back... don't hold your breath. I see Ann Lee Wilson and she is outstanding. Very smart and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. However Dr Monahan told my husband his shoulder was fine and sent him to physical therapy without taking an xray and come to find out it was shattered in 3 places. Not very fond of him. An xray would have told us the facts but he chose not to do that so we won't be seeing him anymore but that's the only problem we have ever had there.

My family and I have been going to this group for so long, it's like visiting old friends. The physicians and staff are respectful and caring. The physicians actually take the time to sit with you during their visit. I also enjoy the inspirational pictures and music in patient areas.

Dr. Ford is just the best doctor. He's a good listener, is proactive and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for an outstanding primary care doctor. The staff and nurses are excellent as well.

Went in for my sons well-child exam. He received a flu shot, an excema prescription and a clean bill of health. We have been billed for two office visits, two well-child exams, two medical services, and two vaccines. For a total of $750 billed to our insurance. We now owe $300 for two office visits and vaccines that we never went to and he never got. Not mad, just dissapointed. Looking for a new doctor now.

I am looking into the legality of this since I am new to the state of idaho. We were looking into a Family doctor for my husband,self and son. I called monday of last week to see if PFFM was taking new patients. They told me they are. They asked me about medication that my family is on. My son takes 1 pill a day for ADHD and has for a few years. Never heard back last week. Today I get a call that they decline care for any of us because my son is on that medicine. What in the world? Again,I'm checking to see if this is legal ... read more

Dr. Monohan and staff put in so much time getting to the root of my daughters illness. I am so grateful for all that they did for us. They take their jobs to heart and truly care about their patients. I am so thankful for them.

I Just left the post falls family medicine and Chelsey was so amazing I couldn’t have felt any more comfortable . The nurse was sweet and they got me in and out while giving me all the time I needed. When someone can make a full physical be as relaxing and comfortable as possible and keeping a smile on your face, you know the doctor is AWESOME!!! Thank you Chelsey.!!!
