They scheduled an appointment for me (without telling me) 13 months in advance for a physical. They never told me about the appointment (13 months ago; they just put it on their books), they never called (though, they claim they called to confirm the appointment before the date, while I show ZERO calls from them on my phone), they never emailed, they never once told me about this appointment. I have been going to PFFM for many years. Love my Doctor! Wonderful staff. Always able to get me an appointment when needed.
I've been with Post Falls Family Medicine for over 30 years, Dr. Morgan Ford took over for Dr. Gulka when he retired. He's been my Dr. since he started with P.F.F.M. He's a great guy and Doctor, who always has time for any questions I may have and truly cares about his patients wellbeing. From the Doctors, physicians assistants, and all the great gals up at the front counter, they all make you feel welcome and treat you like one of the family.
They are amazing! Dr. Ford was the 1st doctor to listen to my needs and act on them without hesitation. My immediate family members will now be patients there too! I highly reccomend this office, specifically Dr. Ford himself. Thank you PFFM for being awesome!
Definitely the place to go! I live in cda but still go here for the prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. Dr. Ford is my favorite!
