I have been a patient of Dr. Livingston for over 15 years, but since he and his staff moved to the Family Health Clinic and away from The Baptist, the service has been horrendous. If I could rate this place a zero I would! I saw an NP two weeks ago and my RX was sent to the pharmacy phone number vs the fax number. It's going on week three and I've called day after day to try and get the clinic to call my RX into my pharmacy with no avail. I've left message after message for the NP and office manager, and not one of of them has called me back! No one but Hazel attempted to help me with this situation! Liz the front desk receptionist is rude and shouldn’t be working in anyone’s office especially for health care !
It was the worst they lost my blood samples. Then I had appointment for a sonogram an I get there she's already gone for the day!
Went in about three months ago for a biopsy and called and called for the next three weeks. Either dr Richardson had just left, wasn’t in for the day, or was busy and they’d have her call the me back. Needless to say she never did. Those were the times I was lucky to even get someone on the phone, others would just ring until the call dropped or the receptionist herself would hang up on me.
