Went there one time to have bottom teeth extracted and the nurse that I had spoke with was super friendly she went above and beyond to explain everything to me to where I could understand it so this office for me is good now it's just waiting on the oral surgeon to call and make an appointment with me
Hi this all started with my process to pull all my teeth and get dentures a process that is stressful for anyone and to have to deal with all the women that work at Cadillac family dental is beyond obserd and the way they treat people and their patients is horrible and I would never Iean never go ther again or take any my friends or family ther never it all started with I was nervous about all teeth being pulled so I asked if they could send one X-ray to another dentist office to get other advise they said I cancelled my app... read more
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They jacked my teeth up so bad. Put a cap on and it wasn’t sealed all the way so the real tooth under the cap started to decay the dentist knew and just waited until it got weak enough to break off then told me all we can do is pull the root I had. I thankfully got a second opinion and they told me absolutely not we are not pulling that tooth it’s in the front and he added a metal post to build me a tooth. Well If I could leave zero stars I would I just changed dentists bc I'm tired of getting told no when I need emergency fillings but when other people call they get them in ASAP but when I call like I have been doing since 2 months ago to get my fillings bc I have 2 holes in my teeth right under the nerve and one is bigger then the other one and I get told either the doctor isn't in or their to booked or there's a cancelation list every time I cal and I'm tired of it and they are so fast to get rid of people also they are cro... read more
