I have only had great experiences with the staff, Physicians assistants, or doctors. When the assistants I have worked with have questions they don't hesitate to get the main doctor there involved. It is refreshing to see some humility in diagnosis like that.
I simply cannot say enough good things about PA Kelley Whoolery! She always takes plenty of time, is truly caring and so very knowledgeable. I lived in the medical mecca Boston for ten yrs. and got excellent care, but I have to say the Kelley tops all of the medical professionals I have known.
