Awesome place to do business with! From Kelly,Rick,Richard and the rest of the staff you recieve great friendliness, professional attitude and all round nice people and place to get car windshields repaired ( replaced). I thoroughly recommend this organization to the public for any glass work you need on any vehicle. You won't regret dealing with this business.
Today I had my windshield replaced. I was so impressed with the service, friendly atmosphere and professionalism. I will never ever use another company for my glass repairs because these great people found the previous company who had installed the last windshield did not install the top trim and broke 8 clips that went around the windshield. Thank you so much for fixing others mistakes. You also missed your dads birthday dinner to get my car back to me tonight. You guys rock.
I couldn't be happier with Family Glass. The team was incredibly friendly and professional. I actually made a mistake and got them to order the wrong one, but they didn't skip a beat, they sourced the correct one for my old truck, and had it within 2 hours and finished the installation the same day. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced service this good. Thank you very much!
Richard, and the team at Family Glass, were a great pleasure to deal with. From the thorough customer service, setting realistic expectations and giving me different options to proceed was truly amazing. Not many business are like this anymore, kudos to them.
