The technician was very friendly and polite. He answered all my questions and I could tell that he cared about the work. It was the same technician that had helped me with several repairs the year before and he always took responsibility for his work. He installed an excellent choice of hardware and had little regard for profit, showing more concern to get me a product that I needed.

I wish I had known about Family Garage door when I had my new garage door opener and new doors installed. I called Mark to do the repairs when that brand new garage door tore off the wall at the top of the door. The national chain that installed it "secured" it to drywall, not wood! Mark came in and built additional framing above that door and attached the door to the wood. Then, he fixed my garage door opener. Both have worked perfectly ever since.
