My technician was great! He was able to diagnoses the problem almost instantly. Although he did not have the replacement part he needed (I have an older opener) he told me how long it would take him to fetch it and return. He was back in less time than he thought. It took him less than an hour to do the repair and do maintainance on the door. He actually tried to talk me out of paying for a part he did not think I needed. Its always scary hiring a company you know very little about, but Iwould highly recommend this company!
