It was Christmas Eve morning, 2017 and I had a house full of family guests for the holiday. My wife informed me there wasn’t any hot water. With everyone needing to shower, I called Family Fuel. Rob, the owner of the company, was at my house fifteen minutes later. The issue was resolved and we had hot water within the hour.
