FAMILY FORD OF ENFIELD WAS INCORPORATED IN 1999. WE WERE ORIGINALLY LOCATED ON FULLER ROAD IN CHICOPEE, MASSACHUSETTS. WE MOVED TO ENFIELD IN 2008 AS PART OF A CORPORATE EXPANSION.MANY OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS HAVE BEEN WITH US RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING.

This dealership wants way too much money for this car. The whole right side is all scratched with a large dent on the right sliding door. The same door is broken and can barely be opened manually. Also has a dent on hood. The dealer was very rude when asked about a warranty. He said “if you want a warranty you buy a new car”. Very upsetting.
The salesman and I agreed to an "out the door" price, inclusive of tax, registration AND "Dealer's fee".When I went to pay for the car the next day, the cashier tried to charge me the $299 "Dealer's fee" anyway! After I threatened to shred all the paperwork, they relented, passing it off as an "honest mistake"... Caveat emptor!
They emailed me answers to questions in about 24 hours.
Contacted me back right away but car priced too high for the market
I emailed them Sunday morning about the truck , they got right to me. Monday was a holiday, banks were closed so I couldn't get cash for deposit. Monday afternoon they emailed to say truck was sold.
Dealer contacted me right away, but the car that was listed as available already had a deposit on it.
The dealer gets right back to you and they are a pleasure to work with. They made the process very easy. There were NO high pressure salesman blabbing in your ear while checking the vehicle out.
