Today I witnessed the skill and compassion of Jarred(wound care nurse) for Family Foot & Ankle Physicians at a horrific traffic accident. He stayed in the vehicle until the lady was extricated. This young man is the type of employee every medical practice needs. He was calm during the entire time. Because of what I saw out of him today I would definitely call your office if I needed a podiatrist because he represented you well in Pitt County.
Dr. Amy Pitzer is one of the best physicians in my experience to meet. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and will tell you exactly what you are dealing with and what the consequences of not following treatment plans will be. After having several practitioners unsure of how to treat a condition and being referred to someone else, we were blessed to meet her! The staff is amazing, very friendly and very helpful, very knowledgeable too. Very little wait from signing in to being called back. They asked lots of questions, did xrays and several other test. Very little wait to see the doctor. I saw Dr Pitzer, she is great! With a side of humor! Took plenty of time going over history and researching medical notes.
