Really liked Dr Heppert but unfortunately I won't be back. After any procedure you are usually seen for a post-op appointment which you are not normally charged for. Not the case here. I had an in office procedure done on 12/31/19 and was told by Dr to return for a follow up in 2 weeks which I did on 1/14/20. I later received a bill for the follow up appointment. Billing account manager told myself & my insurance company that patients must been seen within 10 days of procedures in order to not be charged for follow-up appoin... read more

RecommendedDr. Heppert was recommended to me a few years ago. She diagnosed me with planters fasciitis and thanks to her, my pain was soon gone. Then this year I had to have a procedure done but when my toe became infected, my schedule didn't allow me to see Dr. Heppert, but Dr. Doran. I was a little afraid seeing a different doctor, but like Dr. Heppert, Dr. Doran went over and beyond his job. I highly recommend both doctors for any foot or ankle problem you have.
I'm very pleased with the care I've received at the Hamilton location. They are very professional and seem to really tell you the best way to help with your continuing care. Thanks you for being there.
Dr doran is a awesome foot doctor and the entire staff is sweet
