I went back and forth on if this review should be 2 or 3 starts. I guess take this as a 2.5. I originally started going to this location to have custom orthotics made. I wish I had known then what a bad idea that was going to turn out to be (will come back to this at the end of this novel). There were some red flags right away- requiring payment in full of the orthotics out of pocket before even receiving them.
