Agreed to see Shae because Marci was unavailable. Shae was extremely rude and refused to listen to my concerns and needs, as she kept her nose in my charts and focused on the numbers. She rushed me out of her office with a business card to go elsewhere. Complete waste of an hour drive and money out of pocket!
