The heavy set woman at the front was very rude and disrespectful. The Dr didn’t even introduce himself. It was a fast experience which was good but the customer service there sucks. I will not be going back to this location.
I had a great experience at Family First Vision Care on Lake Pleasant Parkway. The entire team was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions, made the process easy, and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and creating a positive experience. I highly recommend Family First Vision Care to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding service.
