What an amazing place!! I went in after pulling my back out, they took me in immediately. Gave me great care and called in my prescriptions to the nearest pharmacy. Friendly Helpful Staff! Thank You

Awesome staff!!! I brought my grandson from out of town. I was helped right away. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My grandson was treated . So happy we have this urgent care in our neighborhood.
What a great experience while I was feeling at my lowest. Went into Family First Urgent Care with flu symptoms and dreading what could be a long wait as I know flu is rampant. After I checked in I was shortly called into a room for my vitals to be checked. Dr. William Downs came in with a wonderful disposition (which is so important to me in a dr), gave me a physical which included being swabbed for the flu. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Even shorter wait in the exam room. The nurse and nurse practitioner were very nice, quick and competent. I was in and out quickly and very happy with my experience there. I hope I don’t have to come back again (because being sick sucks!) but if I do I’ll be happy to go there!
Was seen within a 1/2 hour. The PA was thorough and staff was friendly and caring.
I haven’t gone to doctor in 3 years but this place was great. Got there at 8:10. New patient, was seen in 5 min and diagnosed with bronchitis and rx for inhaler. Great and kind staff.
