What a great experience while I was feeling at my lowest. Went into Family First Urgent Care with flu symptoms and dreading what could be a long wait as I know flu is rampant. After I checked in I was shortly called into a room for my vitals to be checked. Dr. William Downs came in with a wonderful disposition (which is so important to me in a dr), gave me a physical which included being swabbed for the flu. Once test was run and concluded I had flu, they called my prescription in and I was on my way. Great staff! Great doct... read more
