They are terrible and biast. Chris is a piece of work - he always sided with the non custodial parent (who is also who was paying him). On multiple occasions he was disrespectful and lied. Sheila (whom my children had once per week) was horrible - once she met her own family at the park and didn’t supervise at all, she was always on her phone, trying to discipline my kids when their father wasn’t capable of. I am totally shocked that a business that is supposed to be a "SAFE PLACE" for families, is willing to jeopardize trusting families desperately attempting to get back to THEIR normalcy! This place does NOT follow their own guidelines! Even putting a minor child into a vehicle with an adult they are not familiar with after a "safe" visit! BEWARE!!!!!
Shady service. Keep horrible records. They lie and contradict their testimony in court. I wouldn't not trust these folks for fair child exchanges or visits.
