Exceptional service! Made me a priority and did the work quickly. Very friendly and kept me informed with photos while I'm still in another state.
I give this company A plus . My second time using them first time resurfacing my pool came out like new got plenty of compliments. After my neglect of maintenance I started to get black algae. They explained different was of getting it . The process of getting it out and how to maintain it from coming back. After it was done and they left . I text with more questions in minutes I gotten a response I had more questions the next day got a fast response. I recommend this company to everyone and it’s my go to for now on. Highly recommended.
I've been with Family First pool for many years, they have always been reliable and keeping us informed. Junn has called when we're out of state, fixing a repair before any damage could occur. Someone you can trust! I highly recommend them. Tom
Jun and Nancy have taken great care of our pool. They offer helpful advice and answer any of my questions. They are friendly and professional.
