Nancy and Jun are a dynamic duo. From the first call to arrange service, to the finalized project, I always got the impression that I was their only customer because they were quick to respond to the problem and the solution, and never frustrated with my questions. They are knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and easy to work with. I originally saw some outstanding comments about Family First Pools on an app when chose them for the job and I’m so glad I did. 10/10 would recommend.
Working with June and the crew from Family first pools was a pleasure, they went above and beyond what we had hoped for. We were limited on time and were not sure we could get everything accomplished, the tiles were repaired, pool was resurfaced, new pump and changed over to saltwater. It is absolutely beautiful, we cannot thank them enough!
Family First has been a pleasure to deal with. They have been consistent with cleaning the pool and filter. Whenever I've had a problem they have responded quickly and helped resolve the problem. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool servicing company.
They came on his day off he doesn't service my kind of pool but he came looked. Which was awesome recommended.
Was a no show for my first scheduled appointment. Wasted a week of time and day off of work waiting. Response: VM wasn't full. We were texting and you never responded. It's been 48 hrs and no one has called to reschedule. Feel free to upload call records.
