drained our pool didn’t tell us chemicals weren’t included for the price. after a month of service pool turns green… told they are going to drop service because of our skimmer and filter if we don’t pay to fix it… so we got to enjoy our pool a couple times at very costly expense that would’ve been nice to know from the start we needed to fix equipment as well as drain and refill. Very disappointed and money down the drain.
I just had a consultation with Jun and his son. I have a decision to make but let me assure you I was very very impressed by their courtesy and knowledge. Jun listened to my concerns and answered every question I had. I liked the fact they did not rush me and very fourth coming about billing and service.
Prices are reasonable and the people are extremely nice. My pool looks amazing and we are very satisfied with the level of service provided!
Nancy and Jun are a dynamic duo. From the first call to arrange service, to the finalized project, I always got the impression that I was their only customer because they were quick to respond to the problem and the solution, and never frustrated with my questions. They are knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and easy to work with. I originally saw some outstanding comments about Family First Pools on an app when chose them for the job and I’m so glad I did. 10/10 would recommend.
