RecommendedI would recommend the physicians. But most of the support staff don’t do their job and blame things on their patients. I have family and friends who are patients. I myself have been their patient and have work with most of the staff and doctors. I definitely see a lack of professionalism from the support staff.
I’m leaving this review based on Dr. Gil only. She makes all of the other minor obstacles of dealing with the office totally worth it for me. I’m going thru a very scary uncertainty with my health at the moment and she has been nothing short of amazing. She actually takes the time to listen, doesn’t rush you or dismiss what you tell her. the staff and doctors are amazing but they could do better with the call center and the waiting room? other than that I love it!
They have cancelled my appointment twice without my knowledge. When I get there for my appointment they say I cancelled. Then I have to reschedule because of their mistake. This last time I went in the asked if I still wanted my birth control shot. I have had a hysterectomy a few years ago and have never had the shot so why now. Makes no sense. Dr. Diego and Elisa are wonderful but having the other issues aren’t worth my time
Do you need help this is where you go if it’s an emergency you should’ve already went to the emergency room
I could not have gone through giving birth as stress free as I did if it wasn't for Dr. Diego. Best Doctor ever!
Excellent medical staff, Caring and compassionate.
Medical staff seems knowledgeable and friendly. Office staff seems friendly, but several mistakes have been made with our prescriptions, and it's getting frustrating. I can no longer trust that my doctor knows what medications I am taking--this is basic, and could cause me harm in the future. Unacceptable. Even though my average wait time on hold is 20 minutes, I would suggest that patients call to confirm and re-confirm changes in pharmacies or prescriptions.
