I had the same doctor for 25 and when she retired, it seemed like we lost a family member. For a year, I scheduled appointments with a local NP, who canceled on me twice, then saw a PA in that practice, who was dismissive of my menopause symptoms. I used The Menopause Society website to find a doctor that has education regarding menopause and found Dr Ordoñez. I’ve seen her twice now and am very happy. She listens to me and educates me regarding my menopausal symptoms.

Routine visit Again, Dr.Ordonez was wonderful. She is open, pays attention to concerns, and follows up. Her staff is usually wonderful, either the exception of the medical assistant, who always is curt and seems in a bad mood. She has come across as rude at times, and interrupts and does not always pay attention to your response to her questions. Love the RN, front office staff too. She fits you in if needed, which means you may have to wait. I’m ok with that to have a provider I trust and who truly cares about my well being... read more

Receptionists were nice. But nurse who comes to take vitals had a terrible attitude. It didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. I set up an appointment earlier for blood test. Initially the appointment was for 3pm, then someone called me saying blood had to be drawn before noon for the sample to be delivered on time. So, they set up the appointment at 10:30 am.
