I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sandra Ordonez-Sanchez. Throughout my visits, I found her communication style to be cold and dismissive, which made it difficult to feel comfortable discussing my concerns openly. During my most recent appointment, I felt that my concerns were not heard and that I was treated unfairly. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported. Worst customer service. They never receive the call. If you need a pre approval for prescription or want a refill than they ask for another visit to doctor.
I feel well taken of. My current and my long term health is always looked out for. I feel very comfortable going there.
