10/2026 : Updating my review to highlight persistent, chronic overbooking and unacceptable patient communication. I completed all check-in paperwork online and arrived well ahead of my 2:00 PM appointment. At 2:11 PM, the front desk informed me that three patients were still ahead of me. By 2:22 PM, there was still no movement. When I questioned the delay and asked why patients are expected to be punctual while the clinic normalizes massive delays, rather than offering accountability, I was told I could find another practice... read more

I highly recommend Dr Maldonado as a primery doctor. She is a caring, professional, and dedicated physician who truly cares about her patients’ health and well-being. She always strives to provide the best possible care and makes her patients feel comfortable and supported. I’m very proud of her and the passion she has for her profession. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their doctor!
Don’t expect the office staff to be honest with you, they don’t follow through. We were 8 mins late and found out during my appt (an hour later) that the dr was willing to see my husband but the receptionist didn’t tell us that. I asked receptionist to update my phone number and she said she did only to see that just kept the old phone number. Not sure I’ll ever go back
Everyone is very welcoming, friendly and professional. Diane Bonsall is very down to earth, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Glad I chose her to be my PCP.
