Dr Ordonez is the best. She's very knowledgeable & personable. The office isn't crowded and the staff is very nice and helpful.
Office staff is efficient and professional. This is my second year to have my annual health exam with Dr. Ordonez, and she seems to value my time as well as her own. She seems to have a genuine concern for my health, going over any concerns or questions she or I may have. I appreciate her thorough and direct but personable approach.
My mom has dementia and has been seeing Diane Bonsall, the nurse practitioner, for a while now. She has always been very patient with us and answered our 101 questions thoroughly. The entire staff are friendly and helpful and they remember you when you go in. It really feels like personalized service. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for primary care.
