Dr.Jun lai is a kind , caring and friendly person. She is very detailed oriented. She spends quality time and treats her patient as if they are her own family members.
Dr. Lai is not only knowledgeable she also a very caring doctor. She understands the needs of her patients and provides suggestions and care according to that. She is by far one of the best doctors I have ever seen. And her staff is also very polite and helpful! Thank you Dr. Lai & team!
My visit was for a physical. I had a small wait which allowed me to finish Medicare questionnaire. Dr. Lai came in within minutes. I like that she always goes thru my folder to address all reports from specialists I have seen since the last visit. My exam was thorough as always. She addressed some concerns she had and answered my questions and concerns. Dr Lai takes time with you but makes sure you understand her concerns.
