Dr. Lai is great. She takes her time and is always very thorough. Excellent doctor.
The experience that family first healthcare was very well handled. The receptionist, Jessica, is always very pleasant. And Lauren Chiang, the nurse practitioner that I saw, was very professional, very upbeat, and very thorough.
I am a new patient and trying to schedule a first information. The website shows I can schedule my appointment online - after I filling out exhaustive information, it then says I need to call to schedule. So I called - it is Monday morning at 9am; I waiting online for 20 mins but nobody picked up my call, only with repeated automatic voice suggesting every minute that I should utilize their online service ( but your online service suggested me to call??) What an experience!
