I started going to Family First to see Susan Herrington after many references about a year ago. She was wonderful but ended up retiring a few months ago. I decided to stay with this office. Since then a new receptionist started working there. Rude isn’t the word for her. I started to dread going to my appointments due to her treatment of myself and other clients.
