I called Family First Express regarding COVID-19 testing and I spoke to a staff named Karen who was weary unfriendly and rude. When I asked her how much it would be to get tested for COVID-19 she was quick to respond they were not administering the test and d see once I didn’t have insurance the vidut would be $182.00 per person. The amount that I was informed tel day prior was at $160.00 from a different staff. My issue is how quick this Karen was to get me off the phone.
