Our daughter (5) is very shy and gets nervous when she goes to places she isn't used to. Family First Dental goes above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and explain everything before they do it. The new tv screens on the ceiling also provide a distraction for her. They also have other toothpaste options for kiddos that don't like cinnamon and mint.
The Dr. and staff treat you as though you've been going to them for years even on your 1st visit. They don't go for the most expensive option, they do what is best for the patient.
everyone at first dental is very friendly and treat patients like real people and address all my concerns and they work with u on billing or any issue i think they are all awesome and i never liked going to dentist still not my favorite but at least they make the experience good so at least that part is satisfying . If had fears of going to dentist but they took all that away and will always be my one and only dentist.

Excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and provided excellent and PAINLESS care. I would recommend this practice to my friends and family.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. I relax knowing I will be getting terrific care!
