I go to Family First Dental every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned and they are always very friendly as soon as you walk in the doors Kathy greets everyone with a smile and a positive attitude ! The hygienist Kim that cleans my teeth is always friendly and does an awesome job and keeps me informed of the condition of my teeth.
A huge shout out to my dental family at Family First Dental!!! Yes I have worked at FFD for almost 16 years! Yes they are the BEST Dental office in the Tri Cities!!! I am currently out of town town for a funeral. My 11 year old son and husband stayed home for school and work. At around 6:00 my husband called me in a panic! Our son Graham, who is all boy, decided to roller blade while operating his helicopter drone. He did a face plant and broke his front tooth. I have been going to Family First Dental since I was little. Over the years the practice has grown, but the exceptional customer service for my mouth and teeth has remained. Family First Dental has earned a lifelong customer. I highly recommend Trish, Dr. Lansing, and Dr. Pratt.

I cracked my teeth. I was able to get in the same day, even though I had never been seen by them before. Very well taken care of! The staff was very nice! Cost for fillings/repair was a little more than my normal dentist. But I would still go back!
My dental exam process had the usual discomfort for my gums and teeth. A few days later and I’m still slightly tender. The people and the environment of this office were great.

I always feel welcomed when I walk through the doors at Family First Dental. They�ve really got customer service down! Dr. Pratt is very friendly and personable. My teeth are in good hands with him and Lori!
