The woman working at the front desk was rude. When I arrived, another patient was standing at the counter filling out paperwork. I wasn't sure why she wasn't seated while completing it, so I picked up the sign-in sheet so my son and I could sign in. I never walked away with it. I stood right at the desk and would have put it back within seconds. It takes less than a minute to write down two names. Staff that work at the front desk is very rude, unprofessional. I do not recommend any one to be seen here. As a medical worker my job is the patient. At no time should any staff member go back and front with a patient at all.

I would Strongly suggest to find another dental office that the office manager is professional, courteous, and overall caring of the patients. You will not receive customer care skills at this dentist office. Marie , the office manager lacks all of the above.

The worst dentist office I’ve ever been to in my life my appointment was at 10:30am I waited over 2 hours before I was called to the back once I got to the back the X-ray machine was not working they kept telling me it was bad service so after that the dentist did a halfway teeth cleaning she rushed so I asked about the X-ray they said it would take a hour for it to work so I said forget it and left I would not ever suggest anybody to go

Very dirty inside unhygienic back room is dirty chairs equipment looks unsanitary equipment is damaged from appearance overall bad experience appointment was at 1pm didn’t get any assistance or look at till 2pm waste of time
