Their customer service is very poor. They are inconsiderate and they just had poor customer service in this place needs to be closed now and they don’t care about their patience for only their own needs. I don’t even know how they still in business.
Horrible customer service. The manager Marie is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. I will never patronize this dentist office again
I showed up at 11:15 for my 11:30 cleaning and wasn’t taken to the back until 12:10. After I left and got to work, I noticed one of my braces brackets had been broken during the visit. I called and was left on hold for about 20 minutes before being told to come back in. When I returned, I made it clear I didn’t want to leave work again for nothing. Very courteous and professional.
No stars at all, very unprofessional a new front desk staff is needed. Whomever answers the phone is very rude. Definitely kept open because it's state funded. Can't expect to much due to the location it's in...very low budget
