Poor front desk skills. I left there today after the girl at the front desk lectured me about how my rapist has a right to know the medical details of my sons planned procedures at family first because "hes his parent". Then she told me that because my insurance has lapsed and I couldn't afford to do all of my sons fillings today that I couldn't have ANY fillings done. I could only afford half of the planned dental work but she refused to allow my son to go through with them unless I did it all. Money First/ family last.
RecommendedDr. Steve finished up an implant process for me on a front tooth and I'm so happy with the results! He is gentle and detail-oriented. Thank you so much Dr. Steve! And Wendy for cleaning... awesome staff!
Walked in with an emergency wisdom tooth pull and was seen within minutes! Doctor and everyone at the desk was 10x more helpful than expected! The doc called oral surgeons to try to find one open for a walk in immediately and was successful! Couldn't be more pleased with my experience and I will not go to another dentist's office again. 5/5
