Great service, great work and a great experience! Family first removed our ice dams quickly and safely. They sent me text updates with photos every part of the way! It was AMAZING service! I definitely plan to use their services in the future... but hopefully not again for ice dams removal.
Had this team come out back in March to help remove a pretty big chunk of ice and snow. Communication was great up until they damaged my newly installed Gutter Helmets and didn't say anything. I reached out, multiple times, asking to help pay for half of the cost to repair the Gutter Helmets, I never received a response. I gave them a chance to make up for the damage done but to no avail so I cannot recommend Ice Dam Removal.
Responded same day for ice damn removal. Courteous, professional and completed job within 5 hours. Very grateful.
