I worked as a School Based Therapist for a year at FFCS and I truly appreciated the opportunity. Michiko Dowdy and Dr. Alexandra Dean are amazing people to work with. The company feels like family and the leadership team is very supportive.
Dr. Shalise Smith is an awful therapist. She asks probing questions to children with her own intent which can cause much distress to a family. As adults, she didn't even report our remarks correctly. She was hired by us to help our child, but instead made matters much worse. Despite other professional colleagues of hers not agreeing with her intent or interpretation of the situation, she still proceeded with her claims which have been proven false.
