I never realized how much stress our spines can hold. It was istant releif after my first vist and made me realize how important it is to put health first, and our bodies can do incerdible things when it heals itself. Dr. Kellie is great, super nice, firm but gentel with her techniques. If anyone is having any kinds of trouble with trying and/or remaining healthy, i would recommend Family First right off the bat.
I love everyone here! I actually enjoy comming in for my appointments and my son (almost 2) gets excited when he realizes where we are :)
Just got back from an adjustment with Dr. Kelli ... amazing feeling!
Amazing individuals. Help me tremendously with my neck pain. I have a busy work schedule and they work on last minute walk call in appointments. Great place!!!!
