Absolutely horrible service!!!! My appointment was at 1:30pm. I got there at 1:20pm. There were 2 people waiting when we got there. We checked in and wrote that our appointment was at 1:30pm. We waited and more people came in. They started taking the people that got there after us first. I asked and they said we were next. Then they called two more people back. I went back up and they said "oh, your appointment was at 2:15". Which it wasn't!! Why didn't they tell me that when I checked in!! Horrible service!!!

I have been attending this clinic since 2011 all my family and kids come here. Dr Mitchell is the best �
Horrible service from staff and billing staff they refuse to refund even when my EOB states I wasn't responsible for a copay its been 5 months and then the billing lady hang-ups phone on me, RUDE it's only a lousy $20 however my FSA medical card is requesting refund to be applied back to card they simply refuse!! I'll never recommend or use this clinic again!!!! Terrible customer service to say the least
