I was able to get in and out with no problem.
I’ve used this branch for all my loans since I was in high school! I had a previous situation where I was able to do a cash advance through drive through due to having children in the vehicle. Someone new was at the window and declined to do so through drive thru. I went all the way back around the building unloaded all of my children (under age 4) and was told they do not take my card that I had been using for the last 7 years at this branch. Beth was very kind and easy to understand and she was very patient with us☺️ She opened up a new account for us and the transaction was very smooth ☺️
