Friendly and honest. Have gotten several name brand glasses and contacts. Always able to squeeze me in.
They are primarily a Medicaid clinic. They messed up my glasses several times. They are very friendly though. I'm still awaiting a phone call.
don't waste your time. worse exam and pair of glasses I have ever had. exam was less than 15 minutes. frames need tightening every week or so. I wasn't even confident enough to take them back. it has been a year now and maybe things have changed but I won't even give it a chance.
I can't stress how AWESOME this office was!! I had a horrible eye infection and they fit me in on the same day!! Dr. Propati gave me spot on diagnosis. Two previous Doctors misdiagnosed me and told me it was pinkeye, he looked at it and immediately assessed that it was not. It's so nice to go to a small practice that's very reasonably priced and treats you like a person not a number. If you're in the southwest suburbs definitely go see this office. Happy Holidays!
