Dr. Kaplan is the best! He is always caring and listens to what you have to say.
This is the FIRST Optical place that took all the time necessary to get my prescription correct so that I can actually see. For the first time in over 5 years, I can actually see the outline of the leaves on the trees again. Dr David Kaplan, O.D., and Dr Sue Kaplan, O.D, are absolutely out of this world committed to helping patients with their eye care. They are fantastic!!!! 59th Ave and Utopia.
We had a dinner time appointment with three kids under five. It was an appointment for my five-year-old including dilation so it became a long appointment. Everybody was so friendly and helpful especially Sherry. She got the kids stickers played follow the leader with them and offered for us to go outside and she would come get us when they were ready for us. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Made an order on the 12th of July. It is now July 30th. Still no glasses. They told me they fired the person who made my order so there was a delay. As a customer who could have just as easily gone to eyeglass world this is unacceptable. They told me there was a delay in my order because the glassed didn’t pass inspection. This is something you should make your customers aware of. For a place that claims to be the professionals. You were anything but.
