This is the WORST eye dr & contact lens issue ive had in my entire life. SOO rude so unprofessional, instead of trying to fix the problem with my contacts, when i reported again, at my second refit appt, that i couldnt see with them in, i was told very aggressively & condescendingly ( after also being told this at the first fitting as well but i didnt say anything),,”maybe you should go to the eye dr who youve always gone too”. Waited in the waiting room for over half hour. If you can’t keep the Appt you make reschedule. My time is important to me. Dr Ferguson is great.
Abolsutely nothing good to say about the staff or the way I was treated, even before coming in for an appointment, I had multiple calls from unpleasant employees trying to book me an appointment which took over a month. And when I got into the office I waited almost 45 minutes , until I had Jill and the rest of the melancholy staff staring at me while my daughter was in the waiting room. I loved Dr. Ferguson one of the best exams I've had as a lifelong eyeglass wearer. Not crazy about the office payment policy. Totally understand that payment is due at the time of service but they ran my debit card 3x during my visit. As soon as I walked in, after my exam because the Dr. Did a refraction (15$) , btw Dr. prescribed eye drops, I asked them to total that together, otherwise that would have been another charge, and then for my eyeglasses.
