The doctor explained things more professionally, thoroughly and simply than any other eye doctor I have ever visited and that is saying a lot since I am fastly approaching 70 years old. They were very thorough, very patient and very kind. I was greeted the door and made to feel incredibly welcome. The entire experience was more positive than any I have ever had with any eye doctor. I highly, highly recommend them as it is a fabulous place for an incredible and through customer service experience!

Dave (GM), Jens, Lisa, and Dr. Piacentino were the best! The appointment was super easy to schedule (and reschedule- because of my conflicts), and the appointment was informative and comprehensive. Who would’ve thought, I’m actually farsighted?! Getting fitted for new frames was quick, and my glasses will be ready soon!
The staff at the Centennial location are wonderful; they take their time with patients, they’re friendly, well-informed and generally pleasant. I met with Dr Piacentino who was excellent. My husband met with Dr Silva who he found equally helpful. We will be back next year.
