Needs a better HR program in place. Some of the managers act like a clique of middle school mean girls and treat employees and patients terribly. The doctors don’t acknowledge the problem.

We were scheduled for an appointment at 10 am. Arrived to find the clinic is closed due to power loss. Was there no way to send out a mass text, email or phone call to the patients who had an appointment. My husband took off work and we drove 30 minutes to get here.
Great Eye Clinic! They have been great while I've tried to adjust to the right contacts for my eyes. Angela in particular has been so helpful and patient with me and I appreciate all the time and care she has shown. Awesome customer service!!
Really great experience with the doctor and the staff.
