I love Dr Larsen - and love the way he is with my kids... I’m disappointed with the staff though, and feel like the entire operation needs a little help. My 9 yr old opted for contacts, but a child should be given glasses as well for the times their eyes may be tired of contacts or on the days they need to go without them. My whole family and I have been patients for over 10 years. 2 months ago I called to question the amount insurance would cover etc as I had been overcharged prior and they failed to bill insurance correctly. The young man i spoke with at front office was rude and hung up on me. I didnt feel like messing with switching eye docs and have always liked Dr. Larsen. Today I called to get a pair of contacts to hold me over until Covid quarantine is over. They informed me I could not get any until I come in for appt regardless that ... read more
RecommendedFrom quickly setting up the appt, to exam comfort & ease, & on to a great selection of frames, we were so happy with their service & care. Highly recommended!
Dr. Larsen is Awesome. but when time to see glasses no one he no one helps me I wait 15 minutes and no one came a customer came in and got help right away so I got my prescription and left I was not happy with that area of service
Wait times are horrible, ~2 hours from the time I get there (15 minutes before my scheduled appointment) to the time the exam is over. I don't know if they book too many people in one day or what the issue is but I've never gotten in and out of there in less than an hour. Also, whoever does their contact orders isn't very good. They've messed up my contact orders more times than not. I wear daily contacts so having my order messed up when it comes in a few days before I run out is very frustrating.
