The Dr.s are great, but I have gone to pick a new glasses twice now with no help from the staff. The only thing that was was a help is they told me what was covered as far as how much for the frames and then she goes and sits back down. I thought maybe they had a lot of patients the first time so I figured I would try again and still no help. I hope they can do better in this area or I may be switching. My husband and I both had a appointment on Friday. This place is awesome. Dr Garcia is fantastic. And the newest technology to check for eye disease made our appointments so much easier. The staff is amazing there making you feel welcome.
I used to love this office. I no longer have vision insurance but I decided to get seen here again and just pay the fee out of picket. I left feeling like I wasted $170 when I could of paid much less at costco. The staff didn't listen to what I was telling them about my situation and I had requested to be seen by dr Garcia but was not and with no explanation why I was not. If you do have vision insurance I DO HIGHLY recommend going here, how ever for people like me who only have health go somewhere else for sure.
