RecommendedGot my 3rd pair of glasses from Family Eye Care today and I love them! Dr. Dyck is the best and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I made the mistake of ordering cheap frames online (which broke) and they worked with me to find new ones from Family Eye Care and I am MUCH happier with these frames! Lesson learned and best place in town ❤️

It is upsetting that your office closed early when your hours are posted until 5. I arrived at the office at 4:45 after work and all the lights were off. I had called at lunch to confirm the hours and stated I would be in after work. I was needing the contacts I had ordered for this weekend it is unfortunate that the customer service is subpar. Dr. Dyck is a very good eye doctor. He is knowledgeable about the eye (very important of course) and insurance as well. I have gone to him for several years and had no complaints and no problems. He take the time to explain your options and help you make informed choice.
