If I wouldn’t have called and asked if my glasses were ready they wouldn’t have ordered them. Unprofessional, they told me after I paid half of the bill that my glasses would be ready in two weeks. 3 weeks later I called and they had finally realized they never even placed the order for me!
Love Dr. Strah at the Clyde office! She is wonderful with kids! The rest of the staff is just okay. My kids have high scripts and one tech made some comments such as “poor kids” and asked if they were premature (which they weren’t). I felt that was unprofessional. Front desk girls could be slightly more friendly.
The customer service in this place is excellent. Very friendly staff.
