Went to this location on July 23 to have frames adjusted. The lady who adjusted them bent them so out of shape nobody in the office can get them back to the way they were previously before adjustment. Was told they could not do anything because my frames are out of warrenty. At this point the warrenty does not matter one of your employees messed my frames up and you should pay for them.
Due to change in insurance, I used Dr Smay and the New Ken practice for myself and my son. I have had glasses since I was 9 years old, with steadily declining vision (20 years now) and have always been on top of my vision as a result. I have never felt more rushed for an appointment than I did in this office. When my glasses came in, I gave them a couple of weeks to adjust to them. But I could tell they weren't quite right. dr smay is very rude and unprofessional, do not recommend!

Very nice staff and every step was explained.
I scheduled the same follow up appt twice (after having to reschedule the original) and after driving 35 minutes for my appt and waiting in the waiting room, I was told Dr. Smay was refusing to see me after I had already been told twice I could wait until payday to cover my deductible. I had been there with an unexpected ulcer on my cornea that I had been told the week before could have cost me my vision in my left eye. Thank you for your feedback. Insurance and deductibles can be frustrating, However, payment is expected at the time of service. We do have Care Credit and other means of helping those that need it. Contact our office and we can go over these!
they canceled my appt and told me he wont see me and top it off last year thet broke my glasses before i got them twice
