The manager was so rude and would not let me speak to the doctor about an issue, she had always been rude but we let it slide because Sandy is nice and she shouldn’t be lumped in with that. I called two days in a row to speak with the doctor and was not given the opportunity. We have since left and went to UP Ophthalmology service is awesome there. Not sure if the doctor looks at these reviews or cares but we are not the only people who thinks she just sucks.
Someone posted that they take medicaid. They do not! They only take UPHP.
