I called to check on my daughters glasses today to see if they were in yet not knowing she called them earlier to check. Well I was given a horrible attitude, gentlemen said very rudely “didn’t you already call today, I said no I haven’t, I have been at work all day but maybe my daughter did. He said well someone did n we clearly told the person that they aren’t here yet and we will call you when they are, you don’t have to keep calling so much.
