Although, I have had exceptional vision, my husband and kids were not so lucky. Dr. Wardell started as a friend and soon his professionalism drew us to his office. Since 2007 or so, he soon became not only friends and now family, he became our trusted eye doctor. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are well taken care of.. I'm sure with age, my eyesight will begin to fail, and he too, will become my doctor as well! I must mention, the staff is also, exceptional!
I would trust Dr Wardell with my vision anytime. He shows real interest and concern! And if it is a problem that he can't take care of he sends you to another doctor that specializes in that field. His staff is great! Always welcomes me and takes care of me immediately.
Dr. Wardell or Uncle Pete is what my son calls him has went above and beyond making sure my son is seen as soon as possible no matter the day or time and I am very thankful and grateful for him taking care of my sons eyes. My son devontai Johnson has a condition called recurrent cornea erosion and is a bit scary at first but Dr. Wardell has educated us about the condition and what to do to make it as comfortable as possible when devontai's eyes condition flare up. Great service and great prices. The are very professional and helpful.
The customer service of this business is worse than Walmart. Has caused my family and I to start traveling outside of Natchitoches for our eye care needs. Customer service revamp needed ASAP! - my husband and I have since been contact by the owner of the business and with his phone call he expressed his concern and also made us believe that customer service is one of highest goals at his business we really appreciate the promptness and concern that was shown in order to address this issue. I love Family Eye Care. The ladies in the front acknowledge you as you enter. Not just a number. The caregivers in the back are the same. Dr. Keator is my doctor and I love his attentiveness. Very caring group of people they are! I'm extremely happy with their services!
I would not go anywhere else for my eye check up!
