Dr Wardell was very descriptive and it was a pleasurable experience
I’ve had the best experience coming here! The Dr. didn’t make me feel rushed, he explained a lot to me, and had a very kind demeanor. The lady that helped my pick out glasses found the perfect pair on the first try! I’ve never had such a good experience going to the eye dr. And I’ve been going since I was like 4 or 5.

I like Dr. Waddell! He is a great doctor he is kind he never in a hurry. I'm not please with my visit yesterday . He told me I need surgery on my eye DECEMBER 14 2017,

They must have double booked the appointments my appointment was for 2:15 I didn't get called back until 3:20 and then was put in a room and didn't see the Dr for 30min. Very disrespectful of my time.
I want to give a big thank you to Dr Wardell for coming in today after he had worked in mansfield and could of went home to take care of a really bad case of pink eye I had been fighting for a week... only a caring Dr would do this :) I'll definitely be using him from now on. :) again thank you I'm feeling better already :)
We have used this office for many years, through several different children. February 20th, my nephew went in to pick out new glasses. We were told the usual two week wait, which was fine. HE JUST GOT THEM TODAY (03/31/2017)!!! I would call every few days, and ALWAYS got a different story. I have no idea who is in charge, but there definitely needs to be some revamping or training in the optometry department.
