The staff was very professional and cordial. It was a non- stressful experience.
Very educational visit this year! I learned several things about contacts that I didn’t know before, I learned I have a very tiny start to cataracts, discovered which lens coating is best for me. Dr. Josh is super nice, as are all the folks on his staff. The eyeglass technician (Gianna?) was helpful as she was pleasant, and also provided background I didn’t know before.
My eye appointment exceptional well. My wait time to get glasses, was way too long. I had picked my frames and still waited, finally just leaving. If your people need to have to take that much time per person, maybe, you need to look into hiring some more people. Now I have to make another trip just to order. And hope they don’t talk my arm off.
