Everything went smoothly for my son’s exam, they’re great with kids, however, I had mentioned a concern about a vein next to his eye, this concern was never addressed- she could’ve even just said if it’s not in the eye it’s more of an MD thing, as I said I wasn’t sure if it’s something she could give me info on. When checking out I was told by the front desk a prescription was prescribed for him but this was not something that was mentioned to me by the doctor at any point. Been going here for years. All very nice!
Overall experience was good, the doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have to say that the receptionist can be very unpleasant and unhelpful. I think some customer relations training might be in order,
